Delva’s metrology and testing quality management systems (QMS) are built to ensure objective, repeatable verification of product quality across all stages of production. 3D SCANNING
Delva’s 3D scanning capabilities enhance quality assurance by enabling fast, accurate inspection of complex parts and freeform geometries. High-resolution scan data allows for detailed comparison to CAD models, early detection of deviations, and improved verification of dimensional conformity—supporting tighter control, faster feedback, and consistent product quality.

VISION SYSTEMS
Delva’s vision inspection capabilities support quality assurance by providing accurate, non-contact measurement of features that require high precision and repeatability. These systems enable efficient verification of critical dimensions, surface features, and profiles, ensuring consistent compliance with customer specifications while improving inspection speed and reliability.
HELIUM LEAK TESTING
Delva utilizes helium leak detection as a critical quality assurance method for verifying the integrity of sealed components and assemblies. This highly sensitive testing process allows us to detect extremely small leaks that could compromise performance, safety, or reliability in mission-critical applications. By using helium as a tracer gas, we are able to validate sealing performance beyond the limits of conventional pressure or vacuum testing.
Integrated into our quality processes, helium leak detection provides objective, repeatable results that support strict customer and regulatory requirements. This capability is especially important for aerospace, defense, and medical applications where leak integrity is essential.
