SEAN LAFFERTY CEO
Sean Lafferty is the Chief Executive Officer of Delva, bringing more than 15 years of leadership experience in manufacturing, technology, and strategic growth to the company. At Delva, Sean leads with a focus on operational excellence, innovation, and long-term value creation, overseeing a multi-location manufacturing organization and driving initiatives that strengthen capacity, capabilities, and customer partnerships.
Prior to his role at Delva, Sean held executive leadership positions where he led significant company expansion, strategic acquisitions, and technology-driven transformation. His career began as an engineer and evolved into operational leadership roles that bridged advanced manufacturing and business outcomes.
In addition to his leadership at Delva, Sean has founded and grown successful ventures and has served in executive roles focused on scaling organizations by aligning people, processes, and technology for sustained growth.

JOHN BUCK CFO
John Buck is the Chief Financial Officer at Delva, bringing extensive financial leadership and strategic planning experience to the company. In his role, John oversees all aspects of financial management, including corporate planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. His expertise ensures Delva maintains disciplined fiscal practices while supporting the company’s continued growth and operational excellence.
Prior to joining Delva, John held senior financial roles across a range of industries, where he consistently delivered strong financial performance, improved operational efficiency, and helped guide organizations through periods of growth and transformation. With a solid foundation in accounting and finance leadership, John is known for his ability to align financial strategy with business objectives, drive process improvements, and support organizational scalability.

Steve Yayac is the Vice President of Finance at Delva, where he plays a key role in shaping the company’s financial strategy and supporting its long-term growth initiatives.
With a strong background in finance, accounting, and operational leadership, Steve oversees financial planning, analysis, reporting, and internal controls, ensuring that Delva’s financial practices align with strategic objectives and industry best practices.
Prior to his role at Delva, Steve held progressive finance leadership positions in which he strengthened financial infrastructure, optimized reporting processes, and provided data-driven insights to support business decision-making. Known for his analytical rigor, collaborative approach, and commitment to excellence, Steve partners closely with Delva’s executive team to drive performance, manage risk, and support sustainable growth.

KELLI LARSEN VP | HR
Kelli Larsen serves as Vice President of Human Resources at Delva, where she leads people strategy and talent development with a focus on building an engaged, high-performing culture that supports the company’s growth and operational excellence. With deep experience in human resources and leadership, Kelli brings a strategic and compassionate approach to developing programs that attract, retain, and empower top talent across the organization.
Kelli’s background includes progressive HR roles in both academic and manufacturing environments, where she has been instrumental in aligning workforce initiatives with business goals, enhancing organizational effectiveness, and championing professional development. She holds advanced credentials in HR leadership and strategy, including M.S., SHRM-SCP, and SPHR, demonstrating her commitment to professional excellence and best-in-class HR practice.
